A group for parents struggling with picky eaters, offering strategies to expand their toddler’s food repertoire, introduce new foods, and create a positive mealtime environment.

Healthy Snacks & Meal Ideas

A group where parents can share and learn about nutritious, easy-to-prepare snacks and meals that toddlers will love, focusing on balanced nutrition and variety.

Toddler Feeding Transitions

A group focused on transitioning from bottles to cups, purees to solid foods, and managing the shift from baby foods to toddler meals.

Mindful Mealtimes

A group that teaches parents how to create stress-free mealtimes, encouraging toddlers to eat mindfully, listen to their hunger cues, and enjoy family meals.

Mealtime Routines & Boundaries

Sensory Play With Food

A group where parents can learn ways to explore different textures, shapes, and colors of food through hands-on play with their child. Activities might include squishing, squeezing, and mixing various foods to stimulate their senses and reduce food aversions.

Exploring Tastes & Textures

A group focused on teaching parenting strategies to introduce toddlers to a variety of tastes and textures in a fun and non-pressured way. This could include taste tests, texture exploration (smooth, crunchy, soft), and interactive food activities.

Messy Mealtime Fun
