For families and individuals who are not yet ready to commit to ongoing weekly therapy sessions, we offer two high-quality, self-paced programs: Tiny Myo To Go™ for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1–4) and Myo To Go™ for children, teens, and adults (ages 5–99+). These Guided Self-Paced Programs deliver the proven benefits of Myofunctional Therapy in a more flexible, affordable format that fits your schedule.

Self-Paced Early Intervention Myofunctional Therapy Program

The Tiny Myo To Go™ Program is designed for parents looking to address early myofunctional concerns—such as mouth breathing, sleep issues, tongue posture, tongue tie, picky eating, oral motor delays, feeding, and early speech challenges—using expert guidance without the commitment of weekly therapy. This program empowers parents to become active participants in their child’s developmental journey from the comfort of home.

Includes:

• A comprehensive generalized early intervention treatment plan designed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
   
• Two Private 30-minute Telehealth consultations with a Speech Pathologist (SLP) who specializes exclusively in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy to guide usage and tailor strategies
   
• The Tiny Myo Toolkit with 30-40 therapeutic tools and supplies that pair with the Myofunctional Spot Exercise Booklet, as well as additional educational and useful resources
   
• Myofunctional Spot "Tiny Myo™" Comprehensive Therapeutic Exercise Booklet which includes 8 comprehensive modules of engaging play-based exercises to improve oral function. Modules are: Lips, Jaw, Tongue, Speech, Eating, Breathing, Sleeping and Oral Habits.
